dc.description.abstract | This article regards some problems that occured when increasing efficiency of subgrade pile soil for “General Education School
#5“ in the city of Malgobek, the Republic of Ingushetia. Physical and mechanical properties of the soil were thoroughly
examined to modify its structural properties. We have offered a new method to provide safe upkeep of the building in the future
and we have calculated compulsory technological and design specifications for the grouting. Besides, we have worked out a
project for underpinning and subgarde support. As a result, supporting capacity of the soil base of the building has been
