A simplification of probability based approaches on safety assessments and predictions of structural members is discussed. The modelling of time-dependent survival probabilities and reliability indexes of particular and single members is defined in a simple and easy perceptible manner using uniformed correlation factors of their conventional sequences. These factors of safety margin processes are analyzed and demonstrated by numerical example.en_US
