dc.description.abstract | When forming and optimizing passenger rolling stock fleet it is important to properly assess the reliability of the introduced rolling stock. The article analyses certain patterns of reliability indicators for diesel trains “PESSA 630M” which were purchased and put into operation by JSC “Lithuanian Railways” and proposes the method how to compare the reliability indicators of rolling stock of the same type. It also examines the possibility to compare rolling stock reliability indicators ac-cording to comparison techniques applied in the assessment of economic processes as well as gives reliability indicators’ comparison examples. | en_US |
