Abstract

Draudimo paslaugos vartotojui suteikia ne tik apsaugą, bet kartu ir skatina ekonomikos vystymąsi. Yra pastebėta, kad ekonomiškai išsivysčiusiose šalyse draudimo paslaugų plėtra yra didesnė, lyginant su ekonomiškai mažiau išsivysčiusiomis šalimis. Pagrindiniai draudimo sektoriaus produktai yra sveikatos, turto ir gyvybės. Šių draudimo paslaugų poreikis tampa vis reikalingesnis ir svarbesnis, kadangi draudimo sektoriaus paslaugos užtikrina finansinį namų ūkių, įmonių, sveikatos stabilumą. Šio straipsnio pirmoje dalyje analizuojama draudimo sektoriaus samprata, pateikiamos pagrindinės draudimo rūšys ir jų sampratos, antroje dalyje pateikiama tyrimo metodika ir trečioje dalyje analizuojami draudimo paslaugų plėtros pokyčiai Europos Sąjungos šalyse. Tyrimo metu atlikta mokslinių straipsnių ir statistinių duomenų analizė.

The first part of this article analyzes the concept of the insurance sector, presents the main types of insurance and their concepts, the second part examines the research methodology and the third part analyzes the changes in the development of insurance services in the countries of the European Union.
