The techniques and algorithms offered in work allow to solve a problem of optimization of the modes of power supply systems of active power proceeding from the requirement of minimization of fuel consumption and losses in networks, and taking into account restrictions for power consumption levels in load electrical assembly. The reconstructed optimum schedule corresponds to the maximum reduction of expenses of all consumers due to power deceleration, participating in a maximum, and minimization of operations on change of components of technological process.en_US
