| dc.description.abstract | The article presents experimental studies of a newly developed suppression system used in a firearm. Measurements of sound pressure and recoil of the developed suppression system are compared to typical suppressors available on the market. Usage of the suppression system demonstrated a recoil force decrease from 26.31 % to 27.23%. Respectively, sound pressure measurements demonstrated a decrease from 66.2% to 71% when using the newly developed suppression system. | en_US |
