| dc.description.abstract | The safety and security of railway transport strongly depends on the technical state of rail track elements. Railway infrastructure and rolling-stock operators faces the need to constantly monitor the technical condition of their assets. As the diversity of vehicle wheel tracking and positioning systems raises the demand to decide of which measurement system for technical state monitoring to choose is actual as well. This article provides an example of how to identify the derive criteria for estimation of measurement system based on expert survey data. | en_US |
