| dc.description.abstract | The dynamics of fracture epoxy composites with different content of synthesized iron-carbidotitanic powder mixture containing the following phase composition of high-modulus compounds after treatment with high-voltage electric discharged synthesis is studied: Fe (70%) + Ti (5%) + TiC (20%) + Fe3C (5%).
It is proved that the introduction of the active additive into the epoxy binder at the optimal content (q = 0.025 pts.wt.) can increase the toughness of polymer composites by 1.7 times compared to the epoxy matrix. It is shown that the increase in impact resilience is associated with the orderliness of the structure of composites filled with high-modulus compound at crosslinking polymer composites. To determine the resistance of the developed composite materials to shock loads, changes in the propagation spectra of cracks under shock load over time are studied, which allows to control relaxation processes by changing the structures and, consequently, the properties of polymeric materials. The fracture surface of composite materials is investigated by optical microscopy. Based on complex researches of structure and mechanical characteristics, regularities of process of structure formation of composite materials are established. It is shown that to increase the mechanical characteristics it is necessary to increase the α-relaxation time, which in turn leads to a change in the nature of the destruction of polymeric materials, i.e. their structure. | en_US |
