| dc.description.abstract | Nowadays, in accordance with all kinds of requirements, with the increasing dimensions of ships, electrical systems have become more complex. In the absence of proper maintenance more difficult to control, maintain and support the electric systems of vessels. There are a lot of models created to solve problems of electrical power systems to evaluate network reliability index. The article provides an overview of the concept of electrical reliability, analyses of reliability calculation models. Researchers present the weakness sides, the main problems of vessel electric system, which means it should receive more attention. A created structured model shows the main failures, evaluate the location, cause of failure, may affect the complete liquidation of the device, system breakdown its damage. Considering the operating time of device, its location, causes of its failure or not, installation, and deterioration lifetime, it is possible to improve reliable operation of the electrical system and network, in conjunction reducing the probability of failures and network chain failure reactions. | en_US |
