Abstract
It is experimentally proven that the students workability were improved due to the less intensive but longer work in the physical practise (aerobically method). That is shown by better 2.00 m running results (33-38 sec) and pulse recovering (from 122 to 116 t/mm). Those results were achieved due to improved physical workability.
