Įmonių vertės kūrimą ir jos valdymą atspindintys vertės matai
Santrauka
NPV. Tą patvirtina ir darbe pateikti praktiniai rezultatai nustatant korporacijos vertę. Žinoma, EVA koncepciją būtų galima pakeisti NPV apskaičiavimu, nes abiem atvejais gaunamas tas pats rezultatas. Tačiau vien kapitalo kainos naudojimas EVA’ai nustatyti leidžia apskaitinį pelną priartinti prie pinigų srauto. Definition of value is one of the most significant criteria in investment decisions and financial resource management. Due to these facts exist problem related to business value management. The aim of the paper – the development of the value management system. Research object – the measures of value for business value creation and management. The methods of archive and analytical research were used in the investigation. The basics of research methodology consist of principles of systemic analyses. The problems of company performance measurement had been investigated by most researchers for many years. In the earlier debate had been examined the traditional approach, which is based on accounting profits and ratios derived from them, such as return on investment (ROI), return on assets (ROA), and return on equity (ROE). To overcome some of the dysfunctional consequences of these measures, the residual income (RI) approach can be used. For evaluating the economic performance of the company RI can be defined as company profit less a cost of capital charge on the total investment in assets employed by the company. However the latter measures cannot stand alone as a financial measure of divisional performance. Short-run profitability is only one of the factors contributing to a company’s long-run objectives. ROI and RI are short-run concepts that deal only with the current reporting period, whereas company performance measures should focus on future results that can be expected because of present actions. During the 1990s RI has been refined and renamed as economic value added (EVA) by the Stern Stewart consulting organisation and the further researches are designed for value-based management approach.
