Abstract
The paper is devoted for systemic analysis of decision-making principles in marketing management costs optimization process using marketing's mathematical-logical models system. There is optimized the structure of marketing mix costs. The estimated marginal effect, as random value of costs for every marketing's complex tool gives an opportunity to choose a management strategy. This helps to form business development options using their efficiency, risk and reliability.
