In the paper, the authors consider various possible ways to evaluate the labour productivity of university teachers. Multicriteria evaluation methods have been found to be most effective for this purpose. Their application involves the establishment of a set of particular criteria describing the process considered, as well as a determination of their values and weights, and development of an aggregate criterion.[....].
