Abstract
In business negotiations, business talks, as a whole in human communication, is important not only the content of the information communicated in words, but also how those words were said, what was the use of voice nuances. In addition, not less are important and body signals, which are sent by speaking, consciously or unconsciously. Body language or nonverbal communication covers a lot signs of human body. In the nonverbal body language there are a lot of important things: human posture, dress, accessories, gestures, eye contact, facial expressions, smile, voice intonation, laughter, eye contact, eye signs, the distance between negotiators, touch, clap, dance, and physiological responses - sweating palms, forehead, paleness, resulting in acute facial and neck redness and others. It should be noted that the signs of nonverbal communication are sent deliberately (natural or play characters, signals), and the other part of the body signals are emitted into the environment unintentionally, when to received information reaction is worked immediately, instinctively and without thinking.
