Fertility rate and social policy: theoretical approach

Abstract

In the article will be stadied links between demografic situation and social policy. Two countries are chosen for comperative analysis - Georgia and Lithuania, because very same historical background, religion and population number of countries. In the article is studied the period 2000-2013, but demographic situation from 1990 is observed.
