The smart learning in development of educational internet-services
Abstract
The recently educational innovations have led to the significant changes in the educational market. Almost vanish national boundaries in e-learning, there is appearing of a large number of new vendors and developers of educational services. In terms of the internet economy the development of educational internet-services may open new markets for traditional universities around the world. Moreover traditional universities, losing in same cases educational startups today, tomorrow should offer internet-service fundamentally distinguishing quality. The smart learning as an educational internet-service to help overcome the cognitive gap between distance learning technologies and the needs of the audience.
