Abstract
Straipsnyje nagrinėjama žinių samprata bei žinių vadybos teoriniai aspektai, pateikiami žinių valdymo procesų tyrimo metalo gaminių gamybos sektoriuje (išskyrus mašinas ir įrenginius) rezultatai, identifikuojamos žinių valdymo procesų vertinimo kriterijai ir jų reikšmės. Žinių valdymo procesų vertinimui atlikti naudojamas daugiakriteris vertinimo metodas, kuris leidžia išskirti mažiausiai išvystytas žinių valdymo sritis organizacijoje, taip pat nustatyti metalo gaminių gamybos sektoriaus problemines sritis, veiksnius ir kriterijus, užtikrinančius sėkmingą žinių valdymo procesų vertinimą. Taip pat daugiakriteriai vertinimo metodai suteikia galimybę gautus tyrimo rezultatus panaudoti sisteminių įrankių, reikalingų žinių valdymo procesams vertinti, kūrimui.
