Žalio verslo koncepcijų analizė ir galimas jų pritaikomumas statybos sektoriuje
Abstract
Šio tyrimo tikslas yra įvardinti ir išanalizuoti aktualias šių dienų aplinkosaugines problemas, išnagrinėti žaliojo verslo apibrėžimus ir sukurti verslo žalinimo modelį statybos įmonėms. Analizuojant mokslinius straipsnius, randamos ir įvardinamos tinkamiausios verslo žalinimo priemones, jos paaiškinamos ir pateikiami jų pavyzdžiai, įvardijama kokias žaliojo verslo priemones naudoja užsienio įmonės. Remiantis statistiniais duomenimis apibūdinamas statybų sektorius bei jo sąryšis su aplinkosauginėmis problemomis. Įvardinamos ir aprašomos Lietuvoje retai sutinkamos sąvokos “ žalioji statyba” ir “žaliosios statybos technikos” ir nurodoma kaip jos gali padėti, siekiant žaliąjį verslą vystyti statybų sektoriuje. Žinant priemones, kurios yra naudojamos žaliajame versle, sukuriamas verslo žalinimo modelis. The aim of this research is to investigate and identify the current environmental problems of today, to examine the definitions of green business and to present Lithuanian examples of green business. In the scientific articles find and identify most suitable measures for business “greening”, explain them and give examples of green business used by foreign companies. To describe the sector of construction and its relationship with environmental problems in the basis of statistical data. To name the infrequent concepts of 'green building' and 'green building techniques' in Lithuania and identify, describe and indicate, how they can help to develop the green business in the construction sector.
