Informacinių technologijų poveikis nekilnojamojo turto bendrovėms yra itin svarbus priimant efektyvius sprendimus. Informacinių technologijų naudojimas yra kaip priemonė kurti naujas verslo strategijas, jos susieja pažangias novatoriškas idėjas ir žinių vadybą organizacijoje, leidžia gauti naujų įžvalgų ir apdoroti informacijos srautus iš išorės. Straipsnyje glaudžiai pateikiama nekilnojamojo turto samprata ir pagrindinės charakteristikos, analizuojama informacinių technologijų įtaka nekilnojamojo turto sektoriui, pristatomos informacinių technologijų priemonės, kuriomis naudojasi įmonės, aptariamos agento darbo specifikos analizuojant, apdorojant ir pateikiant informaciją potencialiam klientui. Information technology impact on real estate companies is crucial in making effective decisions. Information technology is as a tool to develop new business strategies and its associates advanced innovative ideas and knowledge management in the organization, gives rise to new insights and process the flow of information from the outside. The article starts with concept of the real estate and the main characteristics, then analysis of information technology on the real estate sector. The research paper introduces the tools of information technology used by the company in question to the business specifics of the analysis, processing and presentation of information to a potential customer. At the end of the paper the results of the survey are summarized and the conclusions presented.
