Abstract

Straipsnio tikslas yra NT rinkos būklės, cikliškumų ir sąsajų su ekonomikos plėtra analizė. Darbe yra apžvelgiama ciklų samprata mokslo literatūroje, analizuojami NT ciklus įtakojantys veiksniai, Lietuvos ekonominės aplinkos bei NT rinkos analizės. Taip pat straipsnyje yra pateikiamos šalies ekonomikos bei NT rinkos sąsajos.

The main purpose of this article is the analysis of real estate market condition, its cyclical nature and connections with economic development. There is scientific literature review of the concept of cycles and the main factors where influence the cycles of real estate. Also there is analysis of economic environment and real estate market of Lithuania and its relations.
