The forming of an efficient construction of a pedestrian bridge

A construction of span structure of a pedestrian bridge is introduced, for spans 6 to 24 m long, realized as a threedimensional
pattern made of fiberglass plastic elements. The attention is given to the integration of the upper chord with an
efficient concrete slab of light-weight type. The distribution of potential energy of deformation in the construction, depending
on the external and the internal system parameters, was studied. A comparative analysis of the obtained results was carried
out, and the efficient topology (geometry) of the construction is chosen on the basis of the direct designing methods.
