Pilotų e. mokymo platformų pasirinkimo kriterijų modelis

Abstract

Aviacijos sektorius pasaulyje yra sparčiai augantis, besikeičiantis kaip ir kiekviena veiklos sritis, žengianti tobulėjimo link atsidavusių šiai sričiai kompetentingų žmonių dėka. Tai matoma stebint vien paskutinius kele rius me tus, kai COVID19 pandemijos sąlygomis buvo prisitaikoma prie nuotolinio mokymo ir bandoma vykdyti nenutrūks tamą įmonių, įstaigų darbuotojų tobulinimo procesą naudojantis esamais technologiniais ištekliais. Aviacijos sektoriaus darbuotojai didelę dalį savo žinių gauna ir atnaujina organizacijų parenkamų e. mokymų būdu. E. mokymas kaip pilotų mokymo sprendimas laikomas vienu iš geresnių būdų efektyviai, sklandžiai išmokyti pilotus reikiamos ar trūkstamos teorijos, suteikiant visą informaciją, reikalingą mokantis savarankiškai. Straipsnyje pateikiamo tyrimo tikslas yra įver tinti pilotų e. mokymo platformų pasirinkimo kriterijus ir pasiūlyti e. mokymų platformų pasirinkimo kriterijų mo delį. Tyrime analizuojamas e. mokymų informatyvumas ir orientacija į pilotų kvalifikacijos palaikymą. Vertinama, ar Lietuvoje oro bendrovės renkasi tikslingą pilotų mokymąsi remiantis platformų pasirinkimo kriterijais. Pirmoje dalyje aptariamas pilotų mokymų skaitmenizavimas, pateikiamos analizuojamų šaltinių skirtingos autorių nuomonės, anali zuojami e. mokymų platformų pasirinkimų kriterijai, privalumai ir trūkumai bei kokiais kriterijais remdamosi įmonės renkasi e. mokymų platformas savo įmonės pilotams. Antroje dalyje pateikiama tyrimo metodika, o trečioje – patei kiama aviacijos srities ekspertų anketinės apklausos rezultatų analizė, išvados bei rekomendacijos Lietuvos oro vežėjų pilotų e. mokymų platformų pasirinkimui.

The aviation sector in the world is rapidly growing and changing, like every field of activity, moving towards improvement thanks to the competent people dedicated to this sphere. This can be seen just by observing the last few years, when in the conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic, distance learning was adapted and attempts were made to carry out a continuous process of improvement of employees of companies and institutions using existing technological resources. Employees of the aviation sector receive and update a large part of their knowledge through e-learning courses chosen by organizations. E-learning as a pilot training solution is considered to be one of the better ways to efficiently, smoothly train pilots with the necessary or missing theory, providing all the information needed for self-learning. The purpose of the research presented in the article is to evaluate the criteria for choosing e-learning platforms for pilots and to propose a model of criteria for choosing e-learning platforms. The research analyzes the informativeness of e-training and orientation towards pilot qualification maintenance. It is assessed whether airlines in Lithuania choose targeted training for pilots based on the criteria for selecting platforms. The first part discusses the digitalization of pilot training, presents the different opinions of the authors of the analyzed sources, analyzes the criteria, advantages and disadvantages of choosing e-learning platforms and on the basis of which criteria companies choose e-training platforms for their company,s pilots. The second part presents the research methodology, and the third part presents the analysis of the results of the questionnaire survey of aviation experts, conclusions and recommendations for the choice of e-training platforms for pilots of Lithuanian air carriers.
