Abstract
Harmonization methods provides techniques for different documents alignment, comparison and evaluation. Most popular harmonization method to align two documents is mapping, but this method is too complicated when we need to map more documents. As alternative was proposed Adaptive mapping concept, which let to map few documents through one global document. Role of global document could be played by Security standard or Security ontology. Critical success factor in adaptive mapping concept is quality of chosen Security ontology. In this paper we analyzed metrics used for Ontology evaluation, and proposed two additional metrics, which are important from adaptive mapping point of view. Defined metrics was used to compare existing Security ontologies.
