Voltage controlled oscillator with frequency response by linear in time function
Santrauka
The voltage controlled oscillator with feature when frequency response to voltage step is not instantaneous but linear in time function with controlled slope has been proposed. Additionally, the frequency time dependence slope control circuit has galvanic decoupling from output of oscillator. The voltage controlled oscillator contains two blocks: one that provides linear in time dependent voltage with given slope and another that instantaneous converts voltage to frequency. The circuit, which provides linear in time dependent voltage, is based on charge or discharge of capacitor by electronically controlled current sources that are realized using two diode optocouplers system. The non-linearity of frequency dependence on time within temperature range (0÷60)°C is not higher than ±0.2%.
