The Influence of Track Vertical Irregularities on the Crane Dynamic Behaviour

Abstract
Cranes, such as gantry, beam, overhead cranes, that move along longitudinal rails are used at low speeds and those cranes do not have suspension system. It is believed that at such speeds there are no complex dynamic forces. The aim of this study is to simulate the movement of overhead crane with a different combination of various vertical irregularities and determine the level of dynamic forces.
