Abstract
The article examines how digital marketing and digital supply chain management can enhance the sustainability and competitiveness of businesses in the current environment. Digitization has become a necessity for businesses to cope with changing customer behavior, market dynamics, environmental challenges, and social expectations. Digitization of the supply chain has significant financial and sustainability benefits. This helps to increase productivity, reduce waste, improve traceability, and enhance welfare. Digital marketing is a type of marketing that uses online technologies to achieve business goals, while digital supply chain management is the application of digital technologies to optimize the flow of goods and information across the supply chain. Digitization helps bring products to market faster and with better quality while reducing waste. The article reviews the literature on digital marketing and digital supply chain management and identifies the key factors, benefits, challenges, and best practices for their successful implementation. The article provides insights and guidelines for managers and policymakers to adopt and promote sustainable digital marketing and digital supply chain management practices.
