Abstract

Straipsnyje nagrinėjama šalies ūkio plėtrai ir ekonomikos raidai aktuali statybos sektoriaus nuosmukio problema. Apžvelgiama Lietuvos ūkio ir statybos sektoriaus paskutinių 10-ies metų vystymosi situacija, jos struktūra ir vaidmuo Lietuvos ūkiui ir esama šios šakos dabartinė padėtis. Palyginamas Lietuvos ūkio ir statybos sektoriaus augimas rytų Europos regiono plotmėje ir įvertinama, ar Lietuvos statybos sektoriaus nuosmukis yra dėsningas ar specifinis procesas. Remiantis kompetentingų organizacijų prognozėmis, įvertinama Lietuvos ekonomikos ir statybos sektoriaus augimo perspektyva.
